Golf Day

The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa is home to Kierland Golf Club, providing three 18-hole combinations. The course tours offered are Acacia, Ironwood and Mesquite. Kierland Golf Club designer, Scott Miller, formerly a senior designer for Jack Nicklaus, designed many of America's finest courses including Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course in Idaho and We-Ko-Pa Golf Club also in Scottsdale among many others.

RTC have seized this opportunity to host a Golf Day prior to the RTC NA Conference.

Fee: $110 per player
(spots are limited, secured by first come first serve basis via the registration site)

This will include:

  • 18 holes of golf
  • Climate controlled golf cart.
  • Range balls and use of driving range.
  • Light lunch, inclusive of one drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) at the conclusion of the game at Brittlebush Restaurant.

Please note:

  • Clubs will need to be booked separately and cannot be rented directly with the Pro Shop.
  • Cost to hire pre-booked clubs is $55. Clubs can be pre-hired on our registration site.
  • The golf courses that we will be playing on are scheduled to go through an aerification process, with approximately 9-23 days of healing by the time we are due to play. For more information please click here.

Welcome Function

The Welcome Function is the first social function that all attendees registered as a full RTC NA Conference get to attend. The cost of attendance is complimentary provided you've registered as a 'Full Conference Attendee'. If you've registered as something different you still do have the opportunity to attend. The tickets cost $100 and this is also the cost per ticket should you wish to bring along additional guests.

It is a 2-hour social function commencing at 6:30pm on Thursday July 14th and ending at 8:30pm. The venue for this is the designated Exhibition area during the Conference. Not only does this provide an opportunity to schmooze with friends and colleagues, you can also get a glimpse of our wonderful exhibitors and it gives you a chance to network with them. Please note that we do have a dress code which is smart casual for this function.

Join us for an unforgettable evening at an exclusive off-site venue. Computers & Structures, Inc. is proud to sponsor this fully-hosted dinner celebration, featuring endless food, bottomless champagne, open bar and unforgettable entertainment. Come unwind with your colleagues and experience the music of one of Scottsdale's most sought-after Eighties cover bands. This is the conference event you won’t want to miss! Don't forget your dancing shoes.

Limited spaces are available, please ensure you have registered to this social function if you plan on attending.

The location is an exclusive offsite venue in Scottsdale. There have been shuttles organized. The first shuttle will depart at 8:30pm.

Friday Evening Function

This is the second social function during the RTC NA and it's going to be good! The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa has such an amazing poolside, that we just couldn't not do a FUNction here.

The closure of day two of the conference will be celebrated in style with a BBQ buffet and drinks by the pool. Join us at the poolside for a BBQ buffet dinner and indulge in a range of water-based activities. The activities are as follows:

  • A slow ride around the lazy river.
  • Slide down the Water Slide.
  • Grab a tyre floatie and hit the dive-in movie.
  • If you're brave enough to test your skills, then you can attempt the FlowRider. Please note there is limited availability.
  • You're more than welcome to stay dry. So sit back, relax and enjoy the dive-in movie, which we have selected and the dress code for you will be beach wear, casual. But if you want to get wet, don't forget your bathing suit!

    The Friday Night Function is complimentary, if you've registered as a 'Full Conference Attendee'. However if you've registered as something different, you are more than welcome to purchase tickets to this function. The cost is $150 per person. This is also the cost per ticket if you'd like to bring additional guests along with you.

    Saturday Gala Dinner

    We save the best for last. The final social function of the RTC NA, the Gala Dinner. This is a 4-hour function commencing at 7:15pm on Saturday July 16th and ending at 12:00am. You can enjoy pre-dinner drinks in the Trailblazer Ballroom Foyer starting at 7:15pm followed by a 3-course meal and beverages in the Trailblazer Ballroom from 7:45pm.

    This is a function for us to recognize the best of RTC NA 2016, give out awards followed by live entertainment. The dress code for this event is Wild Wild West, be sure to have your good, bad and the ugly handy.

    If you don’t have something to match the theme, don’t worry we’ve got you sorted. We have the team from Mardi Gras Costume Shop setting up an onsite store for you to rent clothes from. Their onsite store will be available on Thursday July 14 and Friday July 15. Please ensure you either have your credit card or cash on hand. They will also be onsite on Sunday July 17 to collect the costumes.
